About this opportunity:

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and driving multiple projects across the engineering organization. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, IT, DevOps, Product Management, Marketing, and other departments, you will ensure that projects are executed according to the roadmap and delivered on time.




In this role you will:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects across the engineering organization, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and delivering projects on or ahead of schedule.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, IT, DevOps, Product Management, and Marketing teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring clear visibility into project progress and dependencies.


  • Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder communication, managing expectations and keeping all parties informed on project status, risks, and changes.

  • Identify and manage project risks proactively, developing contingency plans to address potential issues.

  • Track and report on project performance, timelines, and key metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

  • Lead regular project meetings, prepare project status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders and senior management.


  • Drive a culture of accountability, ensuring project tasks are completed on time and in line with quality standards.


In this role you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably managing projects within technical teams or engineering organizations.

  • Experience working in a product-oriented environment, with an understanding of product development lifecycles and the collaboration needed across Engineering, Product, and other departments to bring products to market.



  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects to completion within deadlines.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • English with strong written and verbal skills to interact effectively with global stakeholders.


  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Availability to occasionally work within the Western European Time (WET) zone, with the primary working hours aligned with Central European Time (CET).



Nice to have:

  • PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications.


  • Experience working in a technology-driven environment or with cross-functional teams in engineering, IT, or DevOps.

  • Familiarity with product development lifecycles and an understanding of engineering and DevOps practices.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with project metrics and KPIs.

  • Experience with change management processes and tools.
