About the Role:

The Customer Engineering team is the cornerstone of our commitment to customer success. As a Customer Engineer, you will be pivotal in ensuring our enterprise customers seamlessly integrate, customize, and maximize their use of Builder. You’ll dive deep into complex codebases, provide expert guidance through workshops and onboarding sessions, and offer ongoing support tailored to evolving use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Technical Integrations: Own the technical integration process from start to finish for enterprise-level customers, ensuring seamless and successful deployment.
  • Expert Troubleshooting: Collaborate closely with the customers and internal teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide fixes, product updates and escalating to appropriate teams when necessary
  • Customer Advocacy: Identify and understand the unique needs of each customer, driving optimal adoption of our platform through tailored solutions.
  • Product Influence: Act as a key liaison between customers and our Product and Engineering teams, providing actionable feedback and feature requests.
  • Continuous Improvement: Enhance our documentation, code examples and plugins, ensuring customers have the best resources at their disposal.
  • Versatile Expertise: Be the go-to product expert, capable of navigating diverse technical challenges and contributing across various teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Front-End Development Expertise: 4+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Headless Architecture Proficiency: Experience with headless API-first web architecture is highly desirable.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Proven track record of working directly with customers or in a client-facing role.
  • Strategic Thinker: Deep understanding of emerging digital trends and the ability to translate them into actionable solutions for growing businesses.
  • Passionate Problem Solver: Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, thriving in a dynamic team environment.
  • Adaptable and Resilient: Comfortable with ambiguity and receptive to feedback, with a willingness to iterate and improve.
