As a DevOps Engineer,  you will be responsible for:

Infrastructure Engineering

• Designing and maintaining cloud infrastructure on Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Integrating with client cloud or on-prem systems and automating deployments using Infrastructure as Code.
• Ensuring infrastructure is scalable, secure, and highly available.
• Overseeing virtual networking, data pipelines, and database management for performance and data integrity.

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

• Developing strategies for system reliability and uptime.
• Automating processes for efficiency and implementing monitoring for proactive issue resolution.
• Conducting performance tuning, load testing, and capacity planning.
• Working with development teams to ensure application reliability and scalability.

DevOps Engineering

• Managing deployment procedures and implementing disaster recovery plans.
• Conducting load testing to ensure applications handle traffic efficiently.

Collaboration & Communication

• Working with the DevOps Lead and team to develop internal systems and best practices.
• Communicating solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

As a DevOps Engineer,  you need to have:

• At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in a cloud environment
• Expertise in CI/CD, content delivery for web apps, high availability, disaster recovery, and scaling web applications
• Strong knowledge of virtual networking, data pipelines at scale, database management at scale, and logging & monitoring
• Experience with site reliability engineering (SRE) practices
• Strong external communication skills to effectively communicate technical solutions to clients
• Quick learning agility and a strong sense of initiative

It’s not required but it would be great if you have hands-on experience with:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc)

Working Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM Philippine time
