We are seeking an experienced DevOps Tech Lead to manage and guide our DevOps teams across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a passion for mentoring engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead daily discussions with DevOps engineers across multiple projects.
– Guide implementation strategies and provide best practices.
– Oversee multiple projects using Kanban methodologies.
– Ensure alignment with project requirements and best practices.
– Train and assess junior and mid-level DevOps engineers.
– Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
– Foster a culture of continuous learning.
– Mentor teams on incident response practices.
– Share established procedures to ensure preparedness.
– Maintain effective communication with developers, managers, and stakeholders.
– Ensure clear and concise communication.
Requirements:
– Proficiency in AWS (or another major cloud provider), Kubernetes, Linux, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab), and various cloud services.
– AWS (or other cloud) certifications are a plus.
– Proven experience in leading and mentoring DevOps teams.
– Ability to train and assess junior to mid-level engineers.
– Strong code review skills and commitment to technical excellence.
– Experience managing multiple projects using Kanban or similar methodologies.
– Ability to interpret project documentation accurately.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Upper-intermediate level of English.
– Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
