As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our Generative AI model development. Your primary responsibility will be to train and optimize advanced machine learning models, focusing on cutting-edge techniques and technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, experience with large-scale data sets, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of Gen AI research and development.

• Train and fine-tune machine learning models in the field of Gen AI for optimal performance, and highest quality focusing on state-of-the-art algorithms.
• Work with large-scale datasets to develop and validate models.
• Implement and optimize model training pipelines to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, to integrate models into the production environment.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance, implementing improvements and updates as needed.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in machine learning and Generative AI technologies.

• Strong background in machine learning and AI / Gen AI, with a focus on model training and optimization.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Experience with deep learning techniques, especially in image processing and generation.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and experience deploying models in production environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex and abstract problems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with advanced Gen AI models and their applications.
• Knowledge of data engineering and experience with big data technologies.
• Understanding of MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring.
• Experience in optimizing model performance for specific hardware architectures, such as GPUs.
