Experience with:
Python
Bash
Powershell
Knowledge of Infrastructure definitions:
– Network
– Security policies
Resource provisioning through terraform
Experience with any Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Azure DevOps (or other cloud providers) experience with the ability to recommend and implement appropriate services to be used for various product requirement scenarios
Experience with Terraform
Expert ability to troubleshoot subtle system issues in distributed network environments
Understanding of enterprise best practices for security, reliability, performance, cost efficiency, and operational excellence
Good understanding of the entire software development lifecycle
Experience utilizing agile principles and development methodologies to help determine
the scope and prioritization of competing needs, taking into account technical debt
Skills and Attributes:
A code-first approach to infrastructure development, deployment automation, and
observability instrumentation
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Seek out what is difficult, do it more often, and automate it
Nice To Have:
Knowledge of Databricks Infrastructure provisioning in general
Knowledge in Databricks Provisioning through infra as code
