1. Definitions
- “The Company”: Online Research Consulting OU, Estonian company registered at Pae 25-47, Tallinn, 11414. Company registration number: 12217621.
- “The Website”: The Tech-careers.de Internet site, including the domain ‘tech-careers.de’ and associated network sites.
2. General
2.1 These terms replace all prior agreements between the Company and the Client.
2.2 Changes to these terms require written confirmation by a Company director.
2.3 Using the advertising service signifies acceptance of these terms.
2.4 Signing an order form constitutes acceptance of these terms.
3. Obligations
The Company will provide full advertising services and reserves the right to alter or reject submitted materials to comply with advertising codes and legal obligations.
3.1 The Company aims for uninterrupted, error-free service but does not guarantee it and is not liable for access issues due to third-party failures or client equipment problems.
4. Liability
4.1 The Company is not liable for delays, costs, expenses, loss, or damage due to failure to provide advertising services.
4.2 The Company is not responsible for the accuracy of text in advertisements but will strive to ensure information accuracy and correct errors.
5. Jurisdiction and Enforceability
5.1 This contract and its terms are governed by Estonian law, and parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Estonian courts.
5.2 The invalidity of any term does not affect the enforceability of the remainder.
